Little late with the reply due to holidays, but thanks for the invite. Should be interesting as we have some slight differences in regulations between Canada and the US.

Hi Jetty!

Here is something that I thought regarding you manure post!
Agriculture has long fought for exemptions for the local farmer. The family farm does not come under OSHA or DOT but the department of Agriculture. DOT Placarding and labeling requirements do not apply to fixed sites such as a manure pit would be.
Where this would be considered a life saving idea. The Department of Agriculture would have to be the requiring agency
