Your Fire Prevention Tips & Tricks Box

Fire Prevention Education is one of the most rewarding programs you can participate in as a fire service professional.

NFPA statistics from 2006:
A fire department responded to a fire every 19 seconds.
One structure fire was reported every 60 seconds.
One home structure fire was reported every 80 seconds
One civilian fire injury was reported every 32 minutes.
One civilian fire death occurred every 2 hours and 42 minutes.
One outside fire was reported every 38 seconds.
One vehicle fire was reported every 113 seconds

This group's aim is to spread different ideas and the "tips & tricks" of fire prevention that you and your department perform on a daily basis. From little acts of prevention to large presentations, share your ideas here!
