Hello everyone, we're a bit stuck and could use some help. Like everyone else, fund raising has gotten increasingly more difficult.  Our pancake breakfasts always prospered, but now they have taken a hit.  We're looking to find new ways to promote our monthly pancake breakfasts and would sure love some help on ways that you all are having that may be helping.  Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

we usualy have an average response time of 5-8min up here in orland

Our average is 5 minutes. Depending on the time of the call it could be less or more.

We have an average resonse time of five minutes.

We usually turn out the first engine company with 6 men in no more than five minutes from our time of call.

We usually average about 3 to five mins from time of page ubtil we roll an engine.

I am a lieutenant on a paid on call volunteer fire dept.
This is my first post ever. So I'll make it a simple one.
Just curious as to what your average response times are?
