Where firefighters come to talk training

Mentor Program

I am looking for a Mentor Program that others might have within their Fire Departments. If anyone has an actual written document explaining the program, that would be great. If you do not have it written but can describe it, that is fine too. Anything to help would be much appreciated. Thank you all

Hi Mike, I have a section about Mentor programs in Step Up and Lead. The one my department uses is based off that outline. We also have a new recruit training document (which can be found on www.fireopsonline.com - probationary FF page) and a rather generic performance evaluation sheet. Hope that helps a bit.
