Where firefighters come to talk training

Has anyone been having an overwhelming amount of issues with Scott AV 3000 upper and lower bezel cracking?

We are currently using both AV 2000 and AV 3000 masks and are looking to move to a single product line.  The advantages and attraction to the AV 3000 is over shadowed by the constant maintenance cost.  The AV 2000's are not without their problems as facepiece cracking is very common.

Any thoughts?

Joe,

We currently use both also and I have not had either mask stand out with any overwhelming issues as the ones you are showing. Was your lot of masks purchased at one particular time? Not with masks but I have had it where a large number of items where purchased at the same time and where faulty. Just a flaw in the particular line at the time. Just a thought, good luck.
