Permalink Reply by John Forristall on January 1, 2011 at 7:36pm I've always understood that it was a Lt. now retired, from FDNY Rescue 3. My belief is it was an unconscious woman who was seen with the old PEV TIC. The large, round handheld Navy TIC. That's the story I got anyway. JF
