Where firefighters come to talk training

I was recently assigned the responsibility of managing the maintenance for my departments apparatus.

Our fleet is relatively small, 2 engines, 2 ambulances, 1 brush fire unit, 1 utility vehicle and three staff vehicles.

We are currently using ePro by eCore Software for employee scheduling, it also has a Fleet Maintenance component.  It is tedious to set up, not very user friendly and I have found it to be a bit buggy.

We use the software to do daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checks, daily SCBA checks, monthly gear checks, enter vehicle maintenance problem reports track mileage and hours and monitor preset maintenance alerts.

I would like a program that can do all of this and is user friendly and geared towards the fire service.

Is anyone using something that you are really happy with?

Thanks for the input.
