Does anyone have a policy on donnig turnout gear if the company recieves a call while already out in the apparatus? Do you have them pull over and don the gear or do you allow it to be done on the scene?

The crew gets their turnouts out of the compartment and dons them on the passenger side of the rig. After everyone is turned out, we re-board, buckle up and acknowledge the page.
