Where firefighters come to talk training

What is going on with this women at NVFC, she must not have talked to any of rural America because cutting the grant that far is going to kill off a large number of small rural depts. They are going to give all that money to add more firefighters but the dept. won' have money to put gear on they. I sure hope people in Washington pull their heads out before it is gone forever.
