Where firefighters come to talk training

In a discussion recently with a training officer one of the areas he is trying to concentrate on is post fire collapse. His concern is well founded. My questions:

1. Have any texts been written that cover post fire collapse? Here I mean a complete text with its sole focus on PFC.

2. Are there any studies available for perusal?

Stay safe.
