Where firefighters come to talk training

No doubt, we must find a way to assist our Firefighters to become healthy. Physical internal health, weight loss, and nutritional abundance to withstand the dangers of our work. We must begin with this. Physical fitness activities logically follow and will serve to build strength and endurance. Rarely does fitness training result in significant weight loss or improved internal health. I have lost 63 pounds in 3 months without dieting and my energy level is amazing (especially for an "old" guy). As I progress toward my goal of 100 pounds, I have also begun a fitness program. It is absolutely essential that we teach our members how to become internally fit which is the real beginning to significantly addressing the heart wellness problem. We must begin with internal health and progress to external fitness.
