Where firefighters come to talk training

I lke to make a skirt steak salad at the station. I start with Chopping a head of fresh Cilantro,3-4 garlic cloves and 2 cups of lime juice.I use this as a marinade for about 2-3 hours. I like to use a mixture of Romaine,Tomatoes and Spinach for the salad. For a dressing a make a Balsamic vinegrette and Blue Cheese crumbles as a topping,I slow cook the skirt steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side leaving it medium cooked.I then slice it and mix it in the salad. The guys love it. You can also top it with sliced almonds.Enjoy.
