Where firefighters come to talk training

We are a volunteer fire department consisting of about 40 members. Training is twice a month, and we also have one meeting per month. We eat at each meeting and training. Does anyone have any recipies to feed that amount of people (20-40 people)?? I just feel it seems like we do the same things over and over again.......hamburgurs, pizza, sandwiches, chilli etc. Just thought this might provoke some discussion about what some other people do.

THANKS

I think pasta is a great way to fill up a lot of hungry mouths. It's real easy and there are so many choices. I personally like spaghetti and meatballs. Add a little minced garlic to the sauce and you're good to go. I hope it helps. I have other recipes that include latin food. That is my specialty.
Hope it helps.

I like making a coconut curry chicken with jasmine rice. You mix and boil two cans of coconut milk and red curry paste. Then you dice boneless/skinless chicken breasts and sautee.Mix this together and serve over Jasmine rice. Its delicious.Oh yea, I like to sweeten the coconut milk myself. Enjoy.
